H&amp;R 8mm hub centric wheel spacers. Bolt patterns are 4x100 and 4x108, inner and outer hub sizes are 57.1mm. H&amp;R Part number 162345712. $40 shipped.<br /><br />

Also have a set of 20x chrome extended lug bolts. Bolts are a 14 x 1.5 x 32mm thread size and should fit up to 10mm spacers.  They have a conical seat for use with most aftermarket wheels, not ball seat. If you are interested, please make sure these are correct for your application. $20 shipped.<br /><br />

Parts were installed on an '86 4000, for reference.<br /><br />
