Everything in list are make an offer except Southbend stage one clutch set and AASCO 13lb aluminum flywheel which is for a 2.8 12 valve V6 $350 a piece or $650 for set. 

-2.8 12v v6 motor roughly 190k miles and missing power steering pump bracket, can come with head gasket set for extra $100 if wanted 
-front subframe 
-rear dash pad 
-glove box 
-steering column with steering wheel from 96 A4 
-sun roof fits 96-01 A4 
-center counsole cover 
-Drivers side doors (black) rear driver no glass, doesn't come with speakers 
-trunk lid (black) no latch
