I have a very unique 1985 Audi 4000S quattro...with a turbocharged 10 valve engine swap


The specs are as follows: Engine is a KH bottom end that was cleaned, honed, re-bearinged and re-ringed. NG head that had the main water port welded to fit the KH block. The head is mildly ported and port matched with a blau 272 cam.

-K24 Turbo from a 200 10 valve
-Euro headlights
-PLX wideband O2 display
-SDS EFI EM-2 ECU
-Spec stage 3 clutch
-14lb flywheel
-Aeromotive FPR with 034 Motorsport liquid filled gauge
-034 Motorsport fuel rail
-Audi AAN fuel injectors
-Braided lines with AN fittings
-Behr Mercedes Benz oil cooler
-034 Motorsport 500 watt RS2 fan and shroud
-Huge FMIC fit inside the bodywork
-Hallman boost controller
-3 inch downpipe back, mandrel bent exhaust into a Magnaflow, exiting in the stock location. Sounds great!

There are things I'm sure I'm forgetting too...

I've only put ~2,000 miles on the car since I've had it...and prior to that I was told the engine only had ~10,000 miles on it. The car still needs some work, but is a ton of fun and really scoots. It ideally belongs in the hands of someone who knows 5 banger Audis. Price lowered because the car needs a turbo. These can be found used for $100-200. It is a running, driving car, but the turbo oil seals are blown and cause the car to smoke a lot.

Also included with the car, but not installed:
-Audi 90 20v front brake swap, including calipers, stainless braided lines, new Zimmerman rotors, and high performance pads ($300)
-Audi 90 front struts and hubs ($100)
-Extra, rebuildable K24 turbo ($100 just for the core)
-MC1 camshaft and lifters
