I have this headliner board that I pulled from a 1995 A6.  It is in excellent structural condition.  The headliner is in fine shape too (it's gray) and isn't sagging.  But I would suggest buying this piece and having it recovered so that you have the recovered board ready to go in when you do the headliner.  This is for a 1992-1997 A6/100/S4/S6 sedan.  I will not ship, come and get it.
