Description:
PICTURES.

Well maintained and cared for 2002 B5 S4 BLK/BLK.  This is the last and best model year of the B5 S4 including all factory upgrades and modifications to faulty parts in the 2000-2001.5 S4s.  No leaky F hose and upgraded shift collars.

I am the second owner of this car (bought it in the summer of 2005) and it's lived in Southern California since I bought it.  No rust or any other corrosion.

The car was dealer maintained until 75k miles when the CPO warranty ran out.  The turbos, cluster and several other big ticket items were all replaced under warranty.

Currently she has 127k on the odometer and most of the maintenance since 75k has been dyne by me or in a few cases by Wicked Motorsports.

Here is a brief summary of recent maintenance:
TB, Water pump, tensioner, pulleys and rollers using all OEM parts at 125k
Clutch, PP, TO bearing, pilot bearing and resurfaced FW again using all OEM parts at 125k
New OEM fuel pump at 125k
New OEM exhaust sleeves at 125k
New O2s and EGTs at 115k
All 4 wheel bearings at 115k
All new Front & Rear brakes at 115k
New OEM Coolant after run pump at 110k
New N710N BPVs at 105k


Full maintenance and service history since 47k miles.

The car has no real upgrades other than:
RS4 motor and tranny mounts 
Piano Black Trim
Carbotech Bobcat brake pads

Exterior Condition
The car has just received a PPG single variance respray of the nose and tail (hood, fenders, quarter panels and bumpers) due to a excessive pitting, rock chips and scratches.
I didn't have enough money to do the whole car so the doors could benefit from some buffing and polishing, there are a couple scuffs there.
Otherwise the car is in great shape!!!

Interior
The interior is very good shape other than two tears in the headliner from the previous owner who had a radar detector stolen or something like that and one small hole in the front passenger seat.
Otherwise everything works and looks great.
I have a spare headliner I can include with the car but I don't want to tackle the job of replacing it.

Mechanical Condition
The car runs great, throws no CELs, and needs nothing!!!!  It really just doesn't.

I am happy to provide more pictures, copies of receipts, more information, test drive etc.

Currently the car is located at my parents house in State College, PA.  I bought an S6 not too long ago and decided I no longer need this car.  My wife has another B5 S4 and we just don't need two.
