I am selling my 1992 Audi S4 with 81K miles.  The color is Brilliant Black with a black and elm interior.  

The Good:
Porsche Boxster BBK with about 3,000 miles on it
Euro headlights
Euro front bumper with spare rub strips
Euro rear license plate frame waiting to be installed
1.9 WG spring
Apikol rear diff mount
034 Street density transmission mounts
Upgraded snub mount
New washer pump
Timing belt and water pump about a year and a half old.
Currently has Blizzaks, will come with a set of summer tires as well
Front strut mounts replaced last summer.
A bunch of spare parts.
Tons of paperwork, including original owner's manual.

The Bad:
Cruise control does work
A/C needs to be recharged
Front bumper needs alignment and missing lower grills
Left front side clunk
Trunk button doesn't work
Cracked windsheild
Small cracks in the elm clear coat
Paint is slightly checked in places
Front right speaker starting to go out
Airbag light is on, though, just needs to be reset
Steering pump makes a little noise
Some stalk buttons don't work

The Ugly:
This car was in an accident several years ago, but has been professionally repaired.
