There are quite a few Audi S6 avants around, but very, very few (I have only ever heard of 2) that have a factory-installed 3rd row seat, the same found on the 2002 allroad. This was my minivan alternative, and it was one hell of an alternative!

Low mileage (only 68K), black with black interior. Fully loaded, with Nappa leather, Navigation, Xenons, heated front and rear seats, side airbags, alcantera headliner, 6 CD changer, and memory power seats.

The car also comes with 4 Blizzak snow tires nounted on alloy rims, in addition to the stock rims mounted with Toyo T1-R sport radials, which have less than 10k miles on them.
