For those pondering V8 swaps this is a very useful item. I just bought this used for my future V8 swap but have located an engine with a flywheel in place so this can go.
Weighs 8 lbs. and bolts up to an ABZ or similar V8 flex plate for manual conversions. In nice shape, looks to have been used though will give years of use and has a replaceable surface.
