1997 Audi A4 1.8t quattro, black, automatic transmission, 192k miles, some tasteful/useful mods

For sale is my 1997 Audi A4 1.8t quattro. I have owned this car since 2-21-2003 (64930 miles) and have made it my mission to maintain it to the highest level. The car was purchased with me knowing full well that it had a salvaged title. On 8/15/2000 the car was involved in a low speed front end crash that damaged the front left fender, headlight, bumper, and hood. The car was purchased by the brother-in-law of a Maplewood Audi employee and they professionally repaired it for his own personal use. They outgrew the car and I purchased it in 2003. Prior to purchase, I had the car professionally inspected and it checked out as a well maintained/rebuilt car. Since 2003 I have exceptionally maintained the car. Below is a listing of the service history of the vehicle:
⢠Oil changes with Mobil 1, Amsoil, or Pennzoil Platinum fully synthetic oil every 5,000 miles. Used OEM oil filters.
⢠Annual alignments.
⢠65k miles: Front prop seal, rear differential seals, and alignment.
⢠65k miles: New pads and rotors on all 4 corners.
⢠72k miles: Full timing belt, timing belt tensioner, water pump, thermostat, and accessory belt service. Work performed by the renown Audi mechanic Mike (Piggie) of VAST performance: http://www.vastperformance.com/
⢠80k miles: rear sway bar links replaced with metal rear links
⢠90k miles: Full transmission fluid (OEM Fluid) and differential fluid change (Amsoil fluid). Transmission fluid filter was also replaced.
⢠140k miles: New brake pads and rotors on all 4 corners. Front brakes were upgraded to Audi A8 front rotors.
⢠140k miles: Turbo replaced with low mileage K03 turbo with zero shaft play.
⢠145k miles: Complete timing belt service. Timing belt, timing belt tensioner, water pump, thermostat, gaskets, and accessory belts replaced.
⢠145 miles: New master slave cylinder and brake fluid.
⢠165k miles: Full transmission fluid (OEM Fluid) and differential fluid change (Amsoil fluid). Transmission fluid filter was also replaced.
⢠170k miles: New injector o-rings and replaced all coolant hoses, new coolant temp sensor, new coolant temp sensor flange and o-rings.

⢠150k miles: New center driveshaft installed due to play in the center support bearing. Work performed by Imola Motorsports: http://www.imolamotorsports.com
⢠155k miles: New shocks and springs. Bilstein sport shocks (http://www.purems.com/products/product.php/II=72) and Vogtland lowering springs (http://www.purems.com/products/product.php/II=1174). Installed by Imola Motorsports.
⢠160k miles: New right rear wheel bearing, new rear differential mount, Optima Red Top battery.
⢠170k miles: New steering rack, power steering fluid, and Goodrich stainless steel brake lines. Also installed: complete 034 control arm kit. Arms are still in great shape and there is no clunking.
⢠172K miles: New multifunction switch for wipers, blinker, headlight. Also replaced the ignition switch.
⢠185k: New oil pressure sender, valve cover gasket, cam tensioner gasket, and complete timing belt service including timing belt, timing belt tensioner, water pump, thermostat, gaskets, and accessory belts replaced.
⢠188k. Left rear wheel bearing replaced and alignment performed.
Modifications:
⢠Neuspeed 1 bar ECU chip. Increases turbo output from 7psi to 14.7 psi. To this day the turbo easily boosts to about 17 psi and holds around 14.7 psi.
⢠Forge diverter valve.
⢠Magnaflow exhaust fabricated and installed at Beeline Exhaust in Wyoming, MN.
⢠Labree high flow catalytic converter.
⢠Labree downpipe.
⢠Audi A8 front brake rotor upgrade.
⢠Audi S4 rear sway bar with metal sway bar links.
⢠Vogtland lowering springs on Bilstein sport shocks.
⢠Sun Control 35% tint
⢠Infinity Kappa rear speakers.
⢠Genuine Valeo E-Code headlights with OEM Audi S4 HID bulbs and ballasts.
⢠Goodrich stainless steel brake lines.
⢠Stern rear differential power ring and rear differential support bushings.
⢠17â B5 RS4 wheels on General Exclaim UHP tires. Zero curb marks on these wheels.
⢠OEM Audi Sport steering wheel.
⢠OEM Audi Sport all weather floor mats.
General Features:
⢠Cloth interior.
⢠Ice cold AC.
⢠28-30 mpg hwy, 26 combined.
⢠Always changed the oil with synthetic motor oil.
⢠Rear seats fold completely flat which creates loads of cargo space.
Items needing work:
⢠Scrape on the right rear fender.
⢠Some paint chipping on trunk lid. You can find trunk lids at local salvage yards for 100 dollars.
⢠Will need new pads and rotors in the next year.
⢠Uses about 1 qt of oil in roughly 5000 miles. This is within oil consumption spec for this motor.
