This engine is from a 1994 UrS4 that has approximately 200k miles on it.  I don't know the exact mileage since the instrument cluster was not with the car when I bought it.  The engine ran good before I started parting the car and has good compression.  The compression numbers I measured were 142, 142, 146, 146, 147.  Engine will be sold as a long block complete from cam cover to oil pan.  The long block will not include intake or exhaust manifolds, coils, electronic sensors, fuel delivery system, or accessories.  All of these parts are available separately.
