Car has about 155k, body in good shape, very little rust, tan interior, maroon exterior.

Recently done,

17psi chip
plugged diverter valve
dealer ignition switch
Starter,
Timing belt, clutch and water pump done about 20k ago

What the car needs,

Starter wire, will start but not from the key
Currently running rough, probably injectors (will come with the car)
Pass side brake line
suspension work
