PICTURES.

239K original miles.  Ivory exterior and brown cloth interior.  I've owned this wonderful automobile since 1988.  It's in very good condition and runs very well.  Over the years I've made the following changes:  replaced the headlights with European models, replaced the 14" wheels with 15" wheels from an Audi 100, replaced the radio with a Sony unit with built-in XM satellite radio, and replaced the auto transmission with a 5 speed manual transmission.  All maintence work was performed by an experienced Audi mechanic.  Unfortunately, he retired this past summer.  I have 2 other, newer Audi's (A6 Avant and TT roadster) so I decided it's a good time to part with my 86.  I have all records going back to 1988, and Audi manuals.  The only non-operating items are: cruise control (not hooked up when the transmission was switched) and the A/C (the system works and the compression is new, but there's a leak and it won't hold a charge for long).  The car has never been in an accident and
there is no rust.  (The car has been kept in a garage at home and office.)  The paint, glass and interior are original (except for the headlines, which I've replaced).
