Description:
PICTURES.

This has been our family's dependable daily driver for the past 9 years. But we have bought two newer vehicles so this one has to go. 
330,XXX km on the clock but it has been well maintained. Located in Campbell River, it's insurance expires on September 22, 2010 and I don't intend to renew it so test drives are available only until then.

The good:

Simple and unbeatable all-wheel-drive with locking centre and rear differentials
Bulletproof 2.3 liter, normally-aspirated, 5 cylinder "NF" engine
Nokian WR all-weather tires with more than 65% tread remaining (new in Nov 06 @ 293 km)
Two-volume Robert Bentley shop manual is included
Class 1 trailer hitch will 4 and 7 terminal electrical connectors
Clutch replaced in 2006 or 2007 but can't find receipt so can't tell for sure which of those years is correct
Major service in 2007 @ 301 km: Replaced front struts and upper strut bearings, rear shocks, front and rear brakes, rad hoses and O2 sensor plus tune-up
Major service in 2008 @ 312 km: Replaced timing belt, water pump, timing belt idler pulley
Radiator, power steering and alternator belts replaced in 2009
Headliner re-upholstered in July 2010. In fact, I havenât found the time to reinstall it in the car yet

The not so good:

The A/C compressor has seized so no cabin cooling in summer â reman compressors are available on fleabay for $200 USD
brake pad sensor light comes on even though brake pads are fine
One injector leaks sometimes, so occasionally, engine will run on for a few seconds after ignition is switched off
Parking brake stays engaged after being released and therefore not particularly useable
