I have a pair of center caps for the 15" Fuchs wheels, P# HBZ 437 601 165; these are the slightly domed style.  I also have a pair of similar looking caps, but which are squared off, most likely from the early '80's 4000 or Coupe GT wheels, P# HBZ 811 601 165.  Mismatched set of  4 for $40 shipped in the continental U.S.  Paypal preferred
