1985 Audi Turbo Quattro (Ur-quattro/UrQ)

Rare and beautiful Amazon Blue coupe. 1 of 73 that were sold in the USA for this model year. Supposedly the Audi North America "poster car" for the 1985 model year introduction.

I bought the car in late 2002 and drove it back to CT from GA. Including that trip, I have put around 3K miles on it and only on dry roads during the summer. For the last 3 seasons, I have not had a chance to drive it due to new interests. I love this Car and would like to keep it but it needs to be with someone who has the time to enjoy driving it and continue to take good care of it, instead of being a garage queen.

This car is in excellent condition for it's age.

Features:
Leather interior with heated seats. The leather is supple with no tears. There are no cracks on the dash.
VDO gauges mounted in center console radio cutout â exhaust gas temperature, oil pressure and boost gauge.
Electric power windows, central locking, power side mirrors, rear wiper/washer, air conditioning, sunroof.
Keyless entry with alarm. 4-speaker Kenwood stereo system with trunk mounted CD changer.
European H1-H4 relayed headlights with 'city lights', StonGard protection.

~ 102,000 miles on strong IA chipped 195 hp 10V, 5-cylinder turbocharged engine with adjustable boost and K&N filter. Custom stainless 3" mandrel formed, manifold back exhaust.
AWD with lockable center and rear differentials.
Stainless brake lines, Koni sport adjustable shocks on Eibach springs, Delrin bushings. All suspension bearings were replaced around 11K miles ago by a previous owner.
Since I've owned the car, some of the maintenance performed include:
Timing belt, water pump, crank seals, crank reference sensor, brake master cylinder, brake servo/booster (hard to find!).

Excellent compression and mechanicals. Passed all required CT emissions tests.

Paint is excellent, with minor sandblasting on the chin spoiler and a few nicks here and there. Sheet-metal is straight with no dings. No visible rust on lower door seams, window bases or lower rocker panels.

The original 15â Ronal R8 wheels were refinished and re-shod with Potenza S03 225/50-15 tires. When I bought the car, it had 17" Ronal LZ wheels on it - which I will include.

This car was meticulously maintained. Full binder with complete service history. Custom made soft cloth car cover included along with some extra parts.

The car is currently unregistered and uninsured so you will either need to register it to drive away or bring a trailer. I am located in southern Connecticut.

Asking $16,500 or best offer.
