Parting out my 1997 ABZ 4.2 engine, this rear cover should fit either 3.7 engines as well and likely PT and ABH engines but no guarantee. Part # is 077 103 173 E. Has a new Victor Reinz seal and ready to be installed. The cover with seal is very expensive new, save yourself some $.
