A new, in the bag, replacement door lock cylinder kit for the 1988-1991 Audi 80/90 sedans.  The Blauparts number on the bag is B3B1028

I am not sure if this is for the left or right side, but I seem to recall they came in both a left and a right. 

Asking $15 plus shipping.  It will fit in a small padded envelope for shipping.
