NO PICTURES.

The seats are both driver side, and both used. The biscuit color one on the left is leatherette with memory seats and no heater and fully functioning . The grey one on the right is leather heated and no memory. 
I was planning on adding heated seats to my A6. This would work for many Audi/VW application. I have the simple wiring diagrams to do this.. as well as the seat heater switch if your interested.
