Removed from my 90 CQ a few weeks ago.  I went to an 01E transmission and no longer need these parts.   The project has 8K miles on it since 2008 when I did the AAN swap.   This an 034 flywheel, 11.8 pounds or something like that.   You can see it on their website.   The surface looks great.  The clutch is a Spec Stage 3 I believe full face style.   Street style.   It grabbed fine.  Never a problem.  I will give you the short shifter I had in it too.. Second hand, I have no idea what it is about but it was short.
