Silver / black leather, VERY clean. 6 speed manual, quattro. ~142k miles. Technically 3 owners [all SF Bay Area], PO bought at 14k. Previous and current owner both adult (40+) perfectionists and long time Audi community members with financial means to build / maintain a car like this properly. Clean title in hand. I have known the PO personally for 10+ years. Car was built in stages by reputable bay area shops including Stasis Engineering, where I worked for a time and oversaw its development / maintenance. Happy to provide journal of all work, all service documentation back to 14k [1 thick binder] to interested buyers. I bought the car about 1 year ago when PO found a widebody b5. I have put ~5k miles and about $4k into it in upkeep. Love the car, but job relo to SF means life downsizing and something more practical. Averages 15.5 mpg in mixed driving. 18 highway if youre gentle. Prior to my purchase had leakdown, compression tested, and had the intake plumbing and downpipes
  pulled
to gauge motor health. All checked out. Encourage independent inspections, test drives, etc. 
 
With current custom 034 tune / maf injectors makes 355hp/377tq wheel on 91, 385hp/433tq wheel on 100 octane [let that soak in.. 433 lb ft of torque at the wheels @ 3500rpm = POWAHHHHHHHH]. Platform modifications [chassis, brakes, suspension, fuel, cooling, etc] would support *much* more [3L, rs6, tial, etc] however was built to be a reliable, fast, fun daily. Runs beautifully, fuelling is spot-on. Sounds amazing. Shifts perfectly, clutch bite / takeup is excellent. Brakes are unreal. Suspension is tight and crisp and car is very neutral. Clutch pedal weight is a bit higher than stock but fine for daily/ traffic. Motor / trans mounts have been uprated but no real increase in NVH. Its been a daily driver its whole life, built and maintained to a very high standard. 
 
ENGINE
APR stage 3 upgrade w/ rs4 k04 turbos (@98k, 5/08, $10k] 
Bank 2 turbo replaced ($1900 11/08) - early failure
AWE twin 2 exhaust w downpipes + 034 race cats [12/10] 
Fuel system upgraded to 034 MAF, 550cc bosch injectors and 034 custom tune ($2600, 12/10)
Heads rebuilt at 034 ($7500, 2/10)
Evolution Raceworks intercoolers w/ carbon fiber shrouding [~2x size of rs4s] 
Stern snub
Stern engine mounts
Avalon oil cooler w thermostatic sandwich plate

CHASSIS
Stasis trans rebuild with rs4 clutch, lightweight single mass flywheel [no slip, feels stock. ($3k, 2/9) 
Rebuilt STOCK shifter - the best. 
Stasis high bias center diff 
AWE drivetrain stabilizer
Neuspeed rear sway bar
aluminum front uprights
034 trans mounts
H+R street coilovers â ride and handle great (25 fender to ground)
OEM Porsche 6 piston cayenne turbo calipers
JHM 14 2 piece rotors [at least 50% life on pads + rotors, recently checked]
S8 vented rear rotors 
Stasis stainless braided brake lines w/ clear poly jacket
Work Emotion wheels [forged, 1piece, made in Japan, ~18lbs ea] 18x8.5 - all 4 show minor curb scrapes
Fenders professionally rolled to clear 245 [slight]

4/13 - fan clutch
8/12 - intestate battery ($150)
9/12 - Hankook Ventus 235/40/18 ($850)
5/12 - pcv system, rr wheel bearing, airfilter, plugs ($2300, 138k)
4/12 - $500 tint job
8/09 - Control arms all oem audi 
11/08 - ABS controller 

Extras [can be negotiated]: 
- Brand new oem rs4 grill
- Brand new oem black rs4 interior door pulls
- Used / excellent european hid housings [better lenses, no amber corner markers] 

FULL DISCLOSURE
- Its still an old, high horsepower, daily driven car and has some wear, reflected in the price. 
- Car uses oil. Somewhere between ½ and 1qt ever 1500 miles. Compression done again in early 2013 - in spec. Could be 1 or both turbos tired [no noises, no big puff on turnover]. Car has always used some oil as long as ive known it. Always M1 0w40. 
- In-dash cd player inop. 6 disc in trunk works fine
- Dash display pixelation issue [common]. Its useable but there. I always keep it off, pop it on when needed. 
- 1 Egt sensor is bad, coded out through tune
- No spare tire/wheel
- Rear diff clucks occasionally on downshift. Rare but diff mounts will need doing / upgrading at some point. 
- Rear bumper pretty chewed up from SF - could use a respray.
