Selling a very clean all black 2002 S8. V8, 360 horses, 5 speed auto with sport mode. The all aluminum body makes er very nimble. Just enough all wheel drive power. Car is gorgeous and gets compliments almost everyday. Actual dark cherry metallic exterior, flake is hard to spot, but pops in the sun, and has a mirror like finish, fresh detailing in/out. 
No corrosion anywhere, spotless in out/under. No leaks. Wheels in good shape, tires newish, about 80/90%.. Recent brakes(rotors, pads all around), front c/v axles, tierods, valve cover gaskets, rear diff seals, battery, alternator, front motor mount. Full timing belt job at 76k miles. Engine purrs, and winds up with a furry. Sounds incredible with factory exhaust. Tranny is spot-on. Sachs suspension is a firm, yet suttle ride, and feels like a super car built for the autobahn. With the width, length, and height of the car, you can take corners at any speed desired. 
Interior is mint, matching black headliner, alancantara suede on the doors. Dont believe any type of beverage has ever been spilt inside. All functions work, 12 way adjustable Recaro seats are comfy and very relaxing after a long day at work. Ultimate undwind cabin. All options function well, including rear heated seats, front/rear a/c that is ice cold(mucho venting front and rear), 6 disc in dash c/d player, satellite navigation(factory), rear electric popup rear sunshade, manual rear pull up sunshades, cold weather package includes heated mirrors, door locks, washer nozzles. At night, the xenon self leveling headlights are awesome, but the interior lighting really blows your mind with red lighting galore.. might think youre in a fighter jet, or spaceship. 
Audi really spared no expense when engineering this car, and this is what $80k got you 11 years ago. 
If you want to impress, have that classy look that nobody else roles, or just spruce up the ol garage, this may be the ride that will do it. Guaranteed to put a smile on your face every time you come within spitting distance of it. 
After seeing the movie Ronin the first time back in 2000 or so, I knew I had to get one. Took a long time, course the wait was worth it though. Would not be selling, but a pickup is needed now, more or less.
Car does have a rebuilt title, from a meeting with Bambi and his mother in 2008. No structural damage, only a fender and door. Im guessing the full body paintwork required influenced the insurance company to brand the title. 
Have been a long time owner of V8 and 5 cylinder Audis, and can say this one goes above and beyond many owners expectations of cars on the road today, especially for $8600. Would not hesitate to drive this car across country tomorrow, and would look forward to it.. 509 nine five four eight 8 nine five
