I parted out a 1997 A8 that has a NICE gray platinum drivers side comfort seat, heated.  Includes all the motors, head rest, switches, etc.  I removed the 4 bolts holding it down, unplugged the electrical connectors, removed one bolt that holds the seat belt on, and stashed it.  $200 plus actual shipping.  Id be glad to help you install it if you pick it up in the Denver area.
