The good about this vehicle: 
Mechanically in sound condition.
Engine replaced at 73K miles by previous owner; the new one only has about 72K miles on it (odometer reads 145,xxx miles). 
5 Speed transmission.
Brand new clutch, just replaced, with fewer than 1,000 miles on it.
Rebuilt shifter mechanism.
New tires.
Cold AC.

The not so good:
Front bumper is cracked. (see photo)
Rear bumper is scratched. (see photo)
Interior is good, but seats are worn and it needs a new headliner.
Needs a new radio and speakers.
