This is the Weldon/Apikol kit, complete with all brackets and bar, including the updated lower Apikol brackets (see photo).  Used about one year. Only wear is oxidation on bracket surfaces.  The bar is not shown in this photo. Installation instructions are included. $225 plus shipping
