PICTURES.

I have one piece of right rear mid door trim that will fit a C4 100 or UrS4. I have cleaned it up with Windex only. All clips are present and sturdy. There is a little bit of crunch in a small area when you press on the back side of the trim, which indicates a bit of corrosion inside.  The outer surface is smooth, without any bubbles or blemishes. I would grade this one 8 out of 10. $45 plus $8 shipping within the CONUS or pickup in Denver. I have more and higher resolution photos I can email you.
