Rare 6 speed manual
Loaded with Premium Package (Leather, Sunroof, etc.), Lighting Package (HID Xenon headlights, auto headlights, etc.), Infotainment Package (Bose stereo, etc.), and Sport Package (17â wheels, etc.). The only options that this car doesnât have is the cold weather package (heated seats), nav, and automatic transmission. Itâs very rare to find a 6 speed manual Avant loaded with this many options.

Car runs very well and is in very good condition with lots of recent maintenance/repairs in the last ~ 2 years/~12K miles:

4 new coils and sparkplugs, charcoal cabin filter, valve cover gasket, brake fluid flush, oil and filter change with Mobil 1 synthetic, coolant flush, ECS tuning front/snub motor mount, 4 sumitomo all-season tires from tirerack, air filter, detail with clay bar and hand wax.

I am the second owner of the car (original owner was from southern California so itâs been in CA itâs whole life). Clean title with no accidents.  All books/owners manuals/keys/service records, etc.  The only reason I am selling it is weâve decided to go all diesel (gf bought a a3 tdi, I bought a bmw diesel wagon).

The only issues/flaws with the car are: rear bumper has some city parking rash, center armrest strut/arm is broken but it still works with some fiddling, some dings/scratches/wheel rash, etc.
