This is a one of a kind vehicle: Audis 2001 flagship, the D2 S8 sedan, a high compression 4.2 liter v8 with a 7000rpm redline and 6 speed conversion that will haul 4 in great comfort with Audis quattro IV awd system across pretty much any road conditions in safety and style; there is literally nothing on the road quite like this car. Additionally, the 01E 6spd was completely rebuilt and includes the German sourced TDI .56 efficiency ratio gear allowing roughly 600 miles a tank.
The unfortunate nitty gritty is that my spouse has been between jobs too long and unfortunately the car needs to go asap.

Specs:
2001 Audi S8 (black on black) with 01E 6 speed conversion (Euro .56 TDI 6th) ~158k miles
360HP 4.2L V8 with 317 ft. lbs torque 
(even with these performance specs, I can get ~600 miles a tank on the highway)
Recaro Sport seats, RNS-E (imported euro version) w/ bluetooth integration and auxillary-input
Audi RS6 wheels with 25mm wheel spacers all around, full size stock Avus spare.
Brand new Southbend Stage 4 clutch (~1500 miles)
Brand new custom exhaust (sounds amazing, I can get a recording if interested)
Built-in Passport SRX radar/laser shifter

The good:
Brand new tires
~18/28 MPG after 6spd 01E conversion.
The body is in excellent condition, there are a couple small dings/scratches but no major dents.
The paint is also pretty solid and it cleans up very well. There are small chips on the front end as it has been driven across the US numerous times. Vehicle passes emissions testing with no issues. Windows are tinted. 

The bad:
Windshield has ~1ft crack on the lower passenger side, it does not interfere with driver view, it is not spreading.
The front bumper has a small seam crack (~1.5in.) on the front right corner between the lower and upper sections which could be easily repaired with the bumper off.
The brakes occasionally squeal; pad condition is close to new, this is due to the pad compound. Could be remedied by adding anti vibration compound. I have reseated them and that stopped the squealing for a while.
CEL is on after ECU re-flash due to European secondary intake air switch over valve (N335) not present on US vehicle. Error code is open circuit. We had planned to add a dummy circuit to compensate on next visit to S-line. No other codes present. 

The D2 S8 was never available in the United States with a standard transmission.
This vehicle is the closest to a Ronin reproduction in the USA and an absolute blast to drive.
