Noisy Lifters at 11k?

I was driving the A4 today when I noticed lifter noise upon
cold startup. Lifter noise on a car w/ only 11k miles? What's
going on? This is the third oil change after the factory fill,
each time w/ Mobil 1 10W30. I am concerned about lifter noise
in a very new car. Any thoughts? I am more concerned if it is
an exhaust tick.

The car in question is a '99.5 A4tqw.

This will be addressed shortly at the dealership- probably next
week. Nice to have a bumper-to-bumper warranty and free loaner
cars. I wish my mechanic would lend me his 951S when my car spends
time at his shop. :-)
