10yr airbag renewal ?? for '91 200

What exactly is this? The sticker on the under side of my drivers side 
sunvisor states it has to be renewed by 11/'00. I question this because (A) 
my airbag dash light just came on for no apparent reason and (B) the previous 
owner had the clock spring replaced for the airbag in Jan of '99, Since I'll 
be making an appointment with the dealer tomorrow for the airbag light I 
might as well "renew" my airbag. Can someone enlighten me as to what I should 
expect..... Thanks
