S-4-01 snow wheels??

Its been my impression from looking at a S4tt, that the problem lies more
with the S4tt's calipers, not the various wheel's "spokes." For some reason
or reasons, the S4tt brake setup has a set of cast iron "ears" on the front
calipers that project out @ 1cm or so that I've not seen on any other front
caliper I've looked at (Brembo Big Reds / Porsche or AP Racing) on an Audi.
Shave off those ears (at your own risk, I'm not sure what they are supposed
to do or add to the brakes), and I bet a lot more wheels would fit that car.

My .02
