Yes, it is called water wetter, it is made by Redline. I picked some up yesterday, and was told that Redline is experiencing a national shortage, so some stores may be out of stock. It goes for about $5 a bottle (1/2 quart or so). I know you can get it from newdimensions.com, they have it in stock...
