Trust me. Pull the engine mount and change the heatshield.
Also - you missed the crack just inboard of #4 port. Invert the
manifold, with the head mating surface uppermost. Flood the inside of
the ports with WD40 (this is one of the things it's good at) and note
the spreading wet stain on the outside between #3 and #4.
