To MB or MC?

So you have the S1 head of the Aluminum 2.1L 20v
Block!!!   Wow, thats cool.  I was under the
understanding that this head would still bolt to the
normal 20v blocks though.  Is this not true?  I
thought I saw a Sport Quattro Head on a 3B.  Is the S1
head very different from the SQ head?
