To MB or MC?

I think it was on the list some time ago that I read that a 20v
head might not go directly onto a 10v block because of things like
oil and water galleries. Not sure. Anyone know?

Who actually has fitted a 20v head off a 3B/AAN or a S1 2.1 to a
MC or MB or 1B/2B? From ETKA I think 1B/2B were still 10-valve
units like the MC/MB. Perhaps that's the clue. :)

Gee, wouldn't it be nice to get a 20v head from a RS2 or S4 and
stick it on a MC-1 instead of getting myself a EFI-type 2.6i head&inlet.

Now if I only had 5-10 times as much cash as the 2.6i head is going to
cost me... :) Can source a complete S4/S2 motor for around R18,000
(about $2500), with loom and computer.
