admin: how to check your options(quick and easy)

I invite people to check out the options provided by the new list 
management software.  By example, the URL for bob at bob.com would be:

http://www.audifans.com/mailman/options/quattro/bob@bob.com

-Please- note the "email me my password" button.  If you need to 
change any options, this will be the first thing you need to do. 
This password is just intended to make sure "you are really you", and 
is NOT designed to be secure.  It is not, in fact, stored in a very 
secure manner on the list server; do NOT set it to a password you use 
-anywhere- else.  I would suggest using the "email me my password" 
button when you need to change an option.

I'm working on a quick "help section" to answer a lot of common 
problems/questions, but there's this little pesky thing called a job 
that keeps getting in the way :-)
