does 1.4 boost mean all is AOK?

I saw 1.4 bar on my 86 5KTQ for the first time ever yesterday.  Going up
a very very steep road in 2nd gear and went to WOT. Previously I had
only seen 1.3 in 3rd gear at WOT.

Can I take this as an indication that I do *NOT* have any vacuum leaks
or any other fuel/ignition issues, or would that be too optimistic?  

Any insight is greatly appreciated.
