Thanks for the list change!

Thanks Dan and Brett for the changeover of the qlist to mailman!  Other than
the one post wondering what happened to the list it seems like the switch
went pretty painlessly ... at least from the viewpoint of a user ... :-)

I did want to point out what I believe to be the most powerful feature of
the mailman list over majordomo ... it is now possible to be a member of the
list and yet not be inundated by the regular e-mails or digests.  There were
a couple folks who could not sign up for the list because of the high volume
who would ask me to make postings for them from time to time ... hopefully
this change will allow them to resub and perhaps even become more active
members of the list ...
