First, go to the main page for the mailman based quattro list on the server

... now you enter your e-mail address in the bottom box, right next to the
button that reads "Edit Options" ... then push the button ... this will take
you to the "Edit Options" screen specifically for your account.  At the top
of the page you'll see some things that allow you to change your password or
have your current password e-mailed to you ... followed by a list of
options.  The very first option reads "Disable mail delivery" ... if you set
this to "Yes" the server will not send mail to you at all.  You'll need to
enter your password to be able to submit your changes ... then press the
"submit my changes" button.  Now you are still able to post to the list
since you are a member, and you can always check the archives from the web
interface:
