Just want to share my joy - 1.8 Bar!

Yesterday my trusted old friend 5KTQ has been magically transformed from
civilized yet fairly quick marvel of German engineering to a Mean Flying
Machine! 1.8 Bar and boy, does she fly. What a transformation! Now I know
what you guys are talking about when you are describing your cars'
performance. I went the cheap route though, no chip but a new spring with
adjustable cap (via fine thread bolt) and defeated fuel cut-off at ECU. Had
to switch to 94 octane though. It hurts at a gas station when I pay $60 CDN
(US$41) for a full tank, but worth every penny. I noticed better gas
consumption so this might partially offset a cost of expensive gas.
I have a question. How this mod is quantified in HP? I read at Scott's M.
site and somewhere else that chipping to 1.8 Bar adds 65HP. Does it apply to
my case if I got the same pressure but didn't chip ECU? Did anybody measure
0-60 acceleration time?
