If you're in the US, it would be difficult to source the parts for that.
Audi has not equipped any US models with manual windows since a long
time ago.  For the most part, only pre-1984 models had manual windows.

The type 81/85 had manual windows up through about 1983/84 (power window
optional).  No type 44 cars came with manual windows here.
