ur-q misc. questions

I hate to dump all these questions at once but maybe someone can help me on
a few points with my newly acquired 1983 urquattro.

1. plug gap using copper bosch plugs (heat rating 7) or should I return
these and pick up the 20V turbo plugs ($20 each w/ a heat rating of 5)

2. ABT dash... where can I find one?

3. Koni - Bilstein, H&R - Eibach ... Any opinions or is there a FAQ anywhere
that could tell me the differences?

4. Are there any active members here who live in Portland OR. I kinda want
to know a couple of people before I show up the track day at PIR, what shops
to go to that kind of thing.

BTW-- Hawk now has pads for both the front and rear brakes of the older
Audis.... just ordered them and loved them on my other car.
