I do the same I have any mail with "audifans" in the senders info sent to
another folder, works great maybe one or two a week sneak by. I then have
outlook sort that folder into conversations so that e-mails on the same
subject stick together, much more manageable.

I use Microsoft Outlook to read my email. I don't have a home email account
(the wife doesn't want one). I set up Outlook's Rules Wizard to move quattro
email to the quattro folder, so I don't have to unweave it from my business
email.
Here's the problem. People use a dozen aliases to send email to this damn
list! I am currently dealing with Quattro List, Quattro list, quattro list,
quattro at audifans.com (the only rational alias for my money), Quattro,
Audifans, audifans, qlist, Qlist, and a zillion other permutations.
Can't we settle on one? I have been trying for weeks to come up with some
combination of rules that will strain the quattro stuff from my job email. I
can never make them all work. Please, help me out here!.
Also, if you send the email to quattro at audifans.com with the CC to the
individual (usually completely unnecessary unless the addressee doesn't
subscribe to the list), it will greatly simplify my life, since Outlook
won't let me build a filter based on CCs with a name other than mine.
Again, please address your email to quattro at audifans.com rather than CC to
the list. Thank you profusely.
