Multiplicity of email aliases

Can you not set up sub-accounts under your business e-mail address?

I have a single account with my ISP but several sub-accounts all of which
can be downloaded individually or simultaneously as required within Outlook
express
e.g. 'mine', 'my partner's', one dedicated to this newsgroup '200quattro',
etc. I had to set up the sub-accounts first at my ISP (straightforward) and
then set up each as a separate account within Outlook Express (also
straightforward).
