May I step in with another thing when dealing with list netiquette?

I see many listers reply to list, sender and 7 recipients, with a few cc's to
boot. This isnt necessary! Some of you send the same mail to 7 persons plus the
list, and all those 7 get the same post from the list as well. If you know the
recipient is a list member, it is not necesary to send it "double" and I bet
this would cut Phil's and everybody else's download times in half. Personally I
dont see the need to receive 2 examples of the very same post, I only read one
of them. WOB!
