Small Projector Lights that really work?

I think I'm the wienie that started this thread. What I'm looking for is
auxillary headlights--not fogs, not driving. It seems that the only option
(that fits my budget) is to forego that rule, or go with the gigantic
550XLs. Or just start saving my pennies for euros.
Will work for euros! (lights, not currency!)
