Lower Panel Removal 91 100

Don't know about 100's, but my '91 200q20v panel below the steering wheel
is removed by taking out one screw in the switch housing around the
steering column, one screw on the edge of the panel near the brake pedal,
one near the bottom corner of the dash at the door opening that also
releases the bottom of the end panel on the dash, which kind of slides down
and out, and, finally, two screws visible after the end panel on the dash
is removed. The screws behind the end cap on the dash are allen-type
socket head screws that take a 4 or 6 mm hex bit. I can't recall whether
the switch housing screw is that type or a Phillips. The two lower screws
are Phillips, I think.
