The GS has the tip-tronic like box with the steering wheel buttons. I
also know it is dual mode, either buttons or full auto. When Road and
Track tested it, they were slightly disappointed that the car was
slightly quicker in full auto vs. using the buttons. I don't know if the
system will overide hitting the rev limiter (ala Tiptronic) or not. If it
doesn't, (which IMHO, would be more true to form for emulating a standard
shift, therefore, IMHO, tip-tronic "cheats") then "Puddy-tat" may have an
"excuse" for being caught out, but he's still a poor excuse for a driver.

BTW - Brett's 20V is chipped, so if your numbers are right, the GS didn't
stand a chance.
As for being cut-off by the 750, I find more obnoxious drivers running
in luxo-sport sedans than anything else. You no longer are auto-assaulted
by Camaro/Mustangs etc, you're not even assaulted by Rice-Boy cars much
anymore. STS's, Bimmers, other Audis (no flames, it's true!), Lexi (?)
(boy are those RX300's or whatever the SUV thing is called getting bad),
I'd say Infinity's but they are hardly ever seen around here anymore.
