Should I buy this 5ktqa?

Looking for a little advice, and (more importantly) a good mechanic near
Boulder where I can take it for a thorough inspection.

Car's an 88, wear and tear body dings (from parking too close to SUVs,
that sort of thing..) and one bit of moulding missing.

Interior is in fine shape, though one of hte seat heaters doesn't.

Mechanicals *seem* fine, with a few exceptions- and the turbo, PS pump,
and several other things have been replaced within the past 2 years.

My concerns are:
Suspension feels a bit squishy
Max boost I was able to get out of it is 1.1 bar
Slight oil leak under the front of the motor
Ingition system idiot light comes on at high boost

Are this major concerns or minor ones, do you think, and is this car worth
$3k?
