help with 4kq wiring!

hello all..
i am in the process of connecting everything to my 4kq and i have one
3 wire connector that i have no idea where it goes...
i have connected the distributor, the idle/wot switch and the potentiometer
but on the same harness as the 02 it is red/green black/green and
blue/black... i have no idea where this goes.. if someone could take a peek
at their 4kq.. it would be greatly appreciated...

again this is on the same harness as the 02 sensor and such...
