My 2144 KE coupe has done something similar for several months and I
have still not found the problem. I've changed the warm up regulator,
ISV and cold start valve with no change. The revs on mine rise to about
2k for 2 minutes. Once the warm up phase is complete it idles normally.
What happens if you disonnect the ISV - does it drop back to idle?
